By creating market offering built with Arconics applications and products complementary to the Arconics suite, these partners extend and enhance the high-quality offerings Arconics customers expect and require.
Independent software vendors, original equipment manufacturers and technology professional services providers present a combination to suit the varying needs of Arconics customers. Arconics and these partners collaborate to ensure that their respective products and service lines work together to enable customers manage and maintain their web presence in a simple and cost effective manner.
ASP Partners
ASP partners provide both hosting and additional application services to Arconics customers. Services provided range from technical infrastructure provision to a full-hosted application service offering of the full Arconics product suite.
The ASP partners ensure sites are fast, efficient, and reliable and provide high performance and customer service levels. Services such as advanced security, tier 1 and tier 2 support, high bandwidth, monitoring and rack space provision for companies who don't have the space or expertise are some of the benefits ASP Partners provide to customers.
