The dynamic website generated by the Webpage Publisher in IA Builder can be converted to a flat HTML site.
This ensures that the site will be able to cater for a higher hit rate without a degradation of performance. It also allows the users to maintain their existing security protocols and hosting arrangements.
The HTML export utility will generate all pages for the site each time it is run. The system will also report on any files that exceed a stated file size limit. In conjunction with the Export to HTML tool, the Site Checker tool ensures that no orphan pages or broken links exist.

Rating Manager
The Rating Manager allows you to provide the facility for readers to rate and/or review published content.
Whether a document is rated and/or reviewed is defined at content input template level. In this way, you may decide to allow ratings on certain types of documents (such as articles/stories) and not on more administrative content, such as standard company information.
When enabled for a content type, rating and review information will appear with each document. Links will also allow the reader to rate the document, read the existing reviews, and add their own reviews.

Excel table block
This block allows you to configure a section of a webpage to automatically pick up and display content from a section of a spreadsheet.The application will recognize the spreadsheet as an ODBC data source and can therefore pick information directly from it.
AutoPublish block
The AutoPublish block allows you to configure a block on a webpage that will create a redirect to a default page and after a specified date and time redirect to a new page.
The purpose of this is to allow you to create an updated page that will be automatically published by the website at a predefined date and time.

Improved functionality in the WYSIWYG editor
Four new options are available in the WYSIWYG editor.
The Change Text Color button allows you to change the text color of highlighted text.
The Change Background Color button allows you to change the background color of highlighted text.
The Highlight as Revision button puts red highlight around the text. This can be used by an editor to indicate the sections that have been changed in the document.
The Remove Revision Mark, as the name suggests, takes teh revision highlight off the selected text.
