The image maintenance tool allows you to upload images from your network to the Publish Port and IA Builder systems.

Report Viewer
The Report Viewer enables you view reports about documents (contributed, edited, and read) in the system, as well as any exports you perform. (Note that although this is the default, the system can be set up to automatically generate reports on any information in the database).
These reports are automatically generated (providing you have Crystal Reports software installed).

The dynamic website generated by the Webpage Publisher in IA Builder can be converted to a flat HTML site, and so ensure that the site will be able to cater for a higher hit rate without a degradation of performance.
