Spell Checker And External Editing
In built Spell Checker or 3rd party editor such as Word or Dreamweaver can be used.
Publication Audiences
Enables website administrators to 'push' information to identified relevant and restricted audiences.
Compulsory Content
Allows the Contributor or Editor to define content as a 'Must Read' for the audience or particular sections of the audience. If set then the IA can configure the system to force people to confirm that they have actually read the content. Reporting and automatic notifications are available to manage this content.
Automatic User Upload
This feature can add, remove or maintain existing user details. The routine can be used as a once off data take-on tool or can be scheduled to run automatically, picking-up the upload files as new files are provided.
Personalization
Enables specific 'audience user' to configure where the content from a webpage or part of a webpage is sourced. This is facilitated through enabling the user to select classifications that are of interest to them - the system will source and present the latest content from the selected location(s).
Content Management
Enables the administration team to set-up profiles restricting contributors and editors to
contribution and/or publishing content to specific sections of the classification schema.
Event Management
Enables administrators configure 'events' which are triggered by business rules relating to content contributed to the system. Administrators can create rules to issue notifications as content is published or as it expires on the system.
