AeroDocs Manuals is the proven solution for structured manual management for airlines.

AeroDocs Manuals is a proven system that is available through whatever channel is most appropriate to the user. Manuals are accessed via EFB on the flight deck, Web or Mobile for maximum flexibility. Updates are synchronised from a central AeroDocs Server whenever a network connection is available.

Unlike generic XML/DTP systems AeroDocs Manuals is designed specifically for airlines. It supports Airbus and Boeing Operations Manuals (FCOM, MEL, CDL, QRH) and General Operations Manuls (Part A, B, C & D, SOP, Cabin Crew, etc.). AeroDocs Manuals is a true multi-fleet system supporting effectivity by aircraft or group.

Manual Manager is user friendly and can be used domain experts without XML/DTP expertise to author manuals, track changes and achieve regulatory compliance. It supports input from Airbus SGML/XML and Boeing XML. Manuals can be output to AeroDocs Viewer for EFB Class 1, 2 & 3, Web and Mobile, XML for Airbus & Boeing EFB and PDF.

Manual Manager

Manual Manager is a web application for structured manual management, distribution and compliance reporting specifically designed for airlines.

Simple Structured Authoring - Can be used domain experts without XML/DTP expertise to create structured manuals.

Supported Manuals - Airbus and Boeing Operations Manuals (FCOM, MEL, CDL, QRH) and General Operations Manuls (Part A, B, C & D, SOP, Cabin Crew, etc.).

Input Formats - Airbus SGML/XML and Boeing XML. Can be configured to support other structured input formats HTML/XHTML, Word OOXML/OpenOffice ODF, DocBook, ITG Airbook, etc.

Multi-Channel Publishing - Manuals can be output to AeroDocs Viewer for EFB Class 1, 2 & 3, Web and Mobile, XML for Airbus & Boeing EFB and PDF.

Effectivity & Mixed Fleets - Manual Manager is a true multi-fleet system supporting effectivity by aircraft or group and can generate aircraft specific manuals.

Compliance Tracking - Manual Manager can map elements in any document to specific regulations in one or more jurisdictions. The system can support all regulation types, including EASA, IOSA, FAA, & CAA and can automatically generate compliance tables and reports.

Change Tracking - Tracks every change by every user in an audit log. Marks changes as they are made and optionally stores notes to generate Highlights.

Multi-User Editing - Manual Manager allows multiple authors to collaborate simultaneously on a single manual. This speeds authoring while assuring conformance with the operator’s publishing and release policy.

Formatting & Automation - Enforces standard formatting, across all manuals. Automates the creation of TOCs, LEPs, and Highlights, etc.

User Management - Manuals can be made available to individuals and groups for viewing or editing and use AeroDocs User Management or 3rd party user databases such as Active Directory or LDAP.

AeroDocs EFB Viewer supports Manuals on Class 1, 2 & 3 EFB.
