Founded in 2001 and based in Dublin, Ireland, Arconics has developed a range of software modules to enable airline operators efficiently manage regulatory compliance.
The Arconics software, AirPortal 2.3, has been developed at a cost of several million euro. It aims to remove both the inefficiencies and compliance risks in paper-based processes in operations and engineering. This is achieved through automating and streamlining the production, capture, management, distribution and auditing processes relating to critical documents.
The functionality-rich Arconics AirPortal has applications in many areas of airline operations. It is a modular software suite, so operators can solve point-specific problems without deploying a large-scale system. Other modules can be added over time as the airline requires them.
